I'm need more information about my systems, where should I start?

It's not uncommon that we experience customers that need a better understanding of their systems before they begin to make decisions about the next steps to take.

APS specializes insite assessment services. Once completed, we not only lay out the current condition of the asset, but we examine and explore multiple options for remedies and best practice approaches to maintaining operational integrity.

My operational costs seem to be outweighing the benefits, what can I do?

To start, you'll need a competant electrican! If you're already outsourcing, there is nothing wrong with questioning and ensuring that you have an experienced team in Commerical & Industrial Solar is a critical prerequisite. However, not all electricians are created equal.

If your company operates a portfolio with many assets, you're probable dissatisfied with you current O&M services. There are plenty of quality Solar O&M Providers in the industry. Feel free to reach out, because even if APS isn't the right fit, we have plenty of partners we can introduce you to and help get you onto a better path.

One thing that we've noticed lately is a lot of facility owners are positioned to bring the overal maintence in-house, for example: schools, commerical facilities, municipalities, etc. In the majority of situations you already have electricians on staff, but the myth about "working" on solar is preceived to be more complicated than it really is. That's not to say it's easy, but going back to the first statement, a competant electrican in place puts you ahead of the curve.

If you would like APS to assess your situation, please reach out.

How do I submit a support ticket with APS?

Tickets submission are fully integrated into our website and are very intuitive. Once a support ticket is submitted our logs are updated and a copy of the submission is simultaneously emailed to the requestor, in real-time.

At the bottom of every page of the APS website you will see a APS Support Ticket Request text: Simply click on the text and you will be redirected to our ticketing portal.

Please be advised you will be required to sign in with your APS Partner Credentials in order to submit a support request.

Does APS have a ticketing portal for its partners to track requests?

Unfortunately, not at this time. We have a "partner portal" within our forward-looking plans, however, the resources necessary to build, manage and sustain this feature are currently outside of our capacity at this time.

No need to worry. We have a fully automated platform we operate on, internally, and our team is immediately notified when a support request is submitted. As mentioned above, the requester will instantaneously receive a copy of the support ticket submission and can refer to the unique ID at any time.

Please be advised this is different than a Customer Dashboard for production monitoring, which is included in our DAS services.
